Suppliers have three billing options to select from for Choices for You.
Once the Supplier has selected the desired billing option and is approved to participate in the program, the supplier selects the billing option for the customer. Listed and described below are the three billing options available:
- Dual billing option
The customer will receive one bill from the supplier for their charges and one bill from us for delivery and service charges.
- LDC billing option
The customer will receive one bill. Suppliers will submit their charges to us and these charges will be added to and displayed on the bill.
- SBO Billing Option
The customer will receive one bill. North Shore Gas will submit their charges to the Supplier. These charges will be added to and displayed on the Supplier's bill.
- Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program
