Financial assistance available

You may be having trouble paying your natural gas bill as a result of COVID-19. Assistance is available through the through the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program and our Share the Warmth program for eligible customers, based on the last 30 days of income. Community Action Partnership of Lake County is now taking applications over the phone.

Report gas emergencies with one touch

We continue to respond to natural gas emergencies, and our crews follow CDC guidelines to keep you safe in the process. If you smell an odor like rotten eggs, it might be natural gas. Get out of the building or the area immediately, then call our emergency number at 866-556-6005. You also can call in an emergency with the click of a button on our app, 24/7. Anytime. Anywhere.
