North Shore Gas has committed additional assistance for those who are having trouble paying their natural gas bills due to the pandemic. If you need financial assistance and meet the income guidelines, we have a number of programs available, including a Bill Payment Assistance Program, extended deferred payment arrangements and additional financial assistance grants.

Free energy-saving products are available to homeowners through our Home Energy Jumpstart program to help reduce energy and water usage. Renters are also eligible with permission from their landlord.
