Important information about your rates

After an 11-month review process, new rates were recently approved by the Illinois Commerce Commission and went into effect Sept. 15. Information is included in your upcoming bill explaining what changed. Bills issued after Sept. 15 will have a combination of rates based on natural gas use before and after the new rates went into effect.
