Moving? Notify us as soon as you can

This is a busy time of year for moving. If you are planning to move, make sure to call us to start or stop your natural gas service. If you are moving to a new location within the North Shore Gas service area, call us at least 10 business days before your move-in date so you have a better chance of getting your date of choice. Flex connector safety

Safety is our top priority. The pipe that links your natural gas stove to your supply line is called a flexible connector. In the past, connectors were made of brass. But over time, they would become brittle, so eventually they were phased out. Today, safer stainless steel connectors are used. If you have an old stove, learn what a flexible connector looks like and how to replace a brass connector if you have one.
